Have a safe and happy trip, fluffy. [:)]

No running with yarn scissors.

If we're posting faery pictures now, Fae...
(Or yummy men in kilts pictures, for that matter *grinz*)

The headboard... Oreo cookie, or the Mayan Calendar, it still looks uncomfy.

Have a safe trip, Fluffy!

Ooh lala!

I think we have about the same length hair, then. Though I just made an appointment to get mine cut on Thursday. Locks of Love, of course.

Good method of expressing goodwill to[wards] man[kind]. Brownie point to you.[;)]
Admittedly, i've been maintaining general contempt for most humans this season.
So, i guess Santa will just have to leave a stick in my stocking. i think i'll manage.

We've arrived at our stop for today.

Locks of Love is a great charity. i'm trying to grow mine long enough to donate.

i WIN!

I've never heard of the stick in your stocking tradition? before.

I have heard of there being coal, though, if you weren't good.

So, have we Lasties been naughty or nice ?

UnholyBear -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/10/2012 9:48:35 PM)

I prefer to think of myself as nicely naughty!!!!!

fluffypet67 -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/11/2012 4:57:47 AM)

i would agree with that, Bear!

FelineFae -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/11/2012 8:25:07 AM)

Does it count as "naughty" if you're only thinking about something, but you hold your tongue instead of suggesting your doctor try the whole damn bottle of naproxen themself, as a one shot sapository ? [sm=angel.gif]

fluffypet67 -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/11/2012 1:26:48 PM)

i would say that's nice.

Master and i are now where we are staying for several days. Can you believe that there is no cell phone service here? At least the motel has free WiFi and cable TV!

FelineFae -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/12/2012 1:37:59 AM)

i can believe it. i have spent a lot of times in the Ozarks and other pockets of isolation.
There are certain necks of the woods where the locals might confuse the Verizon Guy with a deer. [sm=blasted.gif]

fluffypet67 -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/12/2012 7:02:37 AM)

Yep!

lovethyself -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/12/2012 9:35:29 PM)

So, long ass day at work today, long ass day tomorrow, and a really early start on friday. I think I will have to take the WIN with me to bed. You'll just have to track me down if you want it back.

Oh, and Fae, that definitely counts as good, although it would have been funny as hell to see his face if you had actually proposed that to him.

FelineFae -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/13/2012 6:22:17 AM)

i know fluffy is away from home, but has everyone done some decoration or seasonal cooking?

UnholyBear -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/13/2012 10:43:52 AM)

No decorations here. Just not something which I feel inclined to do plus I have to consider that storage space is at a premium in this small house and would have nowhere to store them until next year!

On the bright side, heading to the parents next week for the holidays and I know my dear sweet mom will have a ton of baking and she always has a few containers of my favorite holiday baking set aside for me to bring home. I am sooooo spoiled *grinz*

fluffypet67 -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/13/2012 4:54:12 PM)

Bear, that's what Moms do best.

lovethyself -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/13/2012 8:50:54 PM)

Got the tree this week. Had the lights up last week. Haven't done any baking yet, but hoping to next week when things slow down at work a little. I actually haven't had time to cook anything all week. Cold meals get boring quickly. Don't know what I want to try baking next though. I last did a carrot cake, and I've done lots of pies. I'm wanting to try something different this time.

Any suggestions? What does your mom bake for you Bear?

FelineFae -> RE: The Last One to Post, WINs Part II (12/13/2012 9:43:02 PM)

Bake snickerdoodle cookies, let some go stail (dry out). Use those to make rum balls.
Throw some broken Andes-Candies into a batch of brownies.

Empty a bottle of cheap imitation vanilla extract into a little sauce pot with some water ( 1 part vanilla / 4 parts water ) and just let it simmer. Your house will smell like you've been baking.[;)]
If you've got oranges that don't look okay to eat but aren't really "rotten", slice them up, throw them on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with the cheap cinnamon, and let 'em bake until they're totally spent.
You could use good oranges, but this is something i do so i don't feel like something went to waste.[sm=dunno.gif]
