Shepperd's Pie. My dad used to make it occasionally when I was growing up. The cafeteria does one sometimes, but it just isn't as good. The meat is too soupy, and there aren't enough veggies in it. I know I'm being picky, but still. Mashed potato, ground beef, peas, carrots, corn, all in one dish. Yum. I'm so picky about what meat I eat, that when I find something that I will actually eat, I remember it. It's one of the only ways I'll eat red meat where I can actually taste it. Usually I try to hide the ground beef in something else, just to get my protein. The other thing I've been missing is chicken breast, sauteed in a little butter, with paprika on top. You can put that on anything; salad, pasta, in a wrap for lunch. I went looking for the individually wrapped portions at the grocery store, but I couldn't find them anywhere. *pouts* Maybe next time. Hope that satisfied your food talk for a bit. Glad I could help. Gotta go back to my laundry now.[sm=laundry.gif]
